We stopped at the silver mine to see exactly what a miner's job entails. The people were really friendly and knowledgeable on the mines. We totally enjoyed the Sierra Silver Mine! We've been on lots of mine tours, but this is by far the best! The guides are retired miners, and they demonstrate mining machines, not just hand tools. This was the real deal! A real silver mine and the guides were real miners! We learned so much about where metals come from, and what it was like to work in a mine. It was fun and educational. The trolley ride was great ann everybody that works there is real nice and helpful. More
