Our conference attendees got to enjoy Basque food, dancing, songs, and history. I've never heard of the Basque so this was a wonderful eye opener. So interesting.

Learned things I did not know about the Basque in the USA. Small museum that can be seen in half an hour. Near to many local eateries and the Capital building.

Learn about the unique Basque people and their fascinating journey in Idaho/Nevada. A few hours in this cultural center should culminate with an authentic dinner at Leku Ona (across the street).

We knew not much about the Basque people. The museum staff were very interesting and helpful. We stayed chatting with them for about a half-hour. Thoroughly enjoyable.

I visited today and got a great tour from Patty and Patty. The museum was only the beginning. They have several additional buildings you can tour including boarding houses of a bygone era.

Wonderful stories and exhibits about the basque immigration to the Western US and about the history back in the Basque Country. This museum tells the tales that really make this country unique. Well Done & Well Told!

Small it is, but it is still a great resource for learning about the important role that the Basque play in Idaho's past. Enjoy!

Friendly staff and very knowledgable. I very much enjoyed my time here and learned a lot about the Basque culture which was foreign to me before moving to Idaho.

Small but interesting. Its best with someone to expalin the exhibits but not necessary. Best in summer when can also try the two resturants close by or better still during the Basque Festival.

Walk through the entire area around 6th street and Main and check out the many things Basque. I wanted to learn more as I had a barber for over 15 years by the name of Louis Echeveria. He passed away several years ago which I did not know until I was at the Veterans Cemetary. I was interested in Louis... More
