Westville has more living Americana exhibits than anywhere outside of Williamsburg, VA. Really interesting to see how life was and talk to the skilled re-enactors. Worth a detour. Children find it fascinating.

If you're interested in history then I would highly recommend! Very interesting place to take kids as they can experience hands on activities of the way things were and how people lived.

Visited with both a family group and school class; had good time each one. Come for the holiday decorations and try the seasonal treats for free!

Visited Westville as part of a quick weekend getaway. Enjoyed the weekend, it was very relaxing. Very nice exibits with demonstrator guides to provide information and history in each building. It was very well presented and very reasonable. Don't leave without experiencing the food. we had the sausage bisquits, gingerbread, and fresh lemonade. Would go back just for the food.
