Quite fascinating how much attention to detail went in to designing this fantasy railroad. Beautifully maintained set, unique because there is PARKING available. Look out for that gift center on the way in and out!

This is an amazing sight to behold for fans of trains and Germany! The model trains run from the North Sea to the Alps with sound and lighting effects. HO scale.

This is one of those places that your jaw drops when you first go into the room that Willie and his wife built. It is the most thorough and detailed model railroad I have ever seen! You get a list of things to hunt for - but there is so much more to see and hear. This is for everyone... More

The detail and craftsmanship, amazing. Great for train lovers. However, you pay your admission and are left to your own devices. Good activity to kill a few minutes, especially for train loving kids but not sure if it is worth the admission price.

We have visited twice. My son loves model trains and all they involve. He could stay and watch this exhibit for hours. He loves to talk with the older couple who own this exhibit. And he loves to stay in the gift shop, where you can find some unique train items. The model layout is huge. You can view it... More

I would be remiss if I didn't acknowledge the craftsmanship involved in the creation of this exhibit, but the entrance fee seems steep for what you get....the map was difficult to follow and you are basically left on your own to find your way around the exhibit. A voluntary donation may be a better approach as several people walked up... More

The older couple is interesting to talk to and the exhibit is extensive. You really need to like model trains to appreciate the display.

This was one of the draws to Helen, Georgia when my husband and I went to visit last weekend. It was quite cool and it was interesting . My husband is a big model train and train layout enthusist and he was really noticing the details. You can tell the owners spent a lot of time and really loved his... More

A wonderful model railroad display of an Alpine Village in Germany handmade by the owner and his wife over a 20 year time period!! Lots of attention to details in the layout. The owner and his wife run the place and are delightful to talk with while your children play and shop in the toy store attached to the museum.... More
