We were told that this was a lovely lunching area - full of restaurants and boutiques. It is lovely, but almost deserted. We found about 3 or 4 restaurants, a few boutiques and lots and lots of empty storefronts. It may have been a destination at one time, but now, it's a short walk and maybe a quick bite. More

Don't waste your time as there is nothing left of this once great shopping area. It can only be contributed to bad management. This place is a retail joke, It's next step will probably be the New Old Hyde Park Flea Market. More

If you visit Old Hyde Park Village you will not find it as entertaining or charming as it once was back in the late 80's early 90's.
