Amazing zoo. Lots of animals to see, nice enclosures. I spent a whole day there, it was an awesome zoo. A must go to attraction.

Our family enjoyed our visit to this zoo. We enjoyed the variety of animals, even the new babies. My little girl enjoyed the free rides. The safari ride was enjoyable to see the behind the scenes look at the Africa exhibit. The guide was very knowledgeable and gave us good information. I do think on a busy day like that...

Very good zoo. Staff very friendly and helpful. Several elementary school field trips taking place day we were there. Exhibits allowed for large viewing areas. Never felt overcrowded. Petting zoo for young children, carousel ride included in price of admission. DinoQuest 2 was on exhibit when we visited. (Extra fee, but worth it) Amazing exhibit! Thoroughly enjoyed the day. We try to see any zoo that is close to our vacation spot, and this one did not disappoint. Small, but lots of animals, birds, and things we would NOT see in the northeast, like manatees, spoonbills, and other tropical birds. I was especially taken with their tropical bird oasis....great set up for perfect viewing and photography. And their monkey...

When I read that the Lowry Park Zoo was great for children, I figured it probably wouldn't be so great for me and my husband. But we were traveling with my extended family, including my toddler nephew, so we decided to give it a go. It turned out to be wonderful for the whole group. We were there the day...

I gave this just an average rating for a few reasons, but first, the positive: It is small, but not too small... perfect for little kids, so I gave that a positive since we have young kids. It was easy to get around and staff was friendly. It was not busy at all... we are used to going to Cincinnati...

My boyfriend and I were very excited to go to this zoo. Out of all the other attractions in the surrounding areas (aquariums, etc) we chose this zoo. I am so glad we did! Before reading any reviews, I did not realize this zoo was "made for children". But upon going there and seeing it for myself, I'd like to...
