The closest golf course to Sarasota and not bad. Not as interesting or as much wildlife as some of the ones out towards I-75, but a good local option. More

My wife and I love the great little executive course here where you pay at the main clubhouse and then just stroll over and start playing. The price is very reasonable even during the snowbird season. More

I played this course around noon on a Saturday. For $30 I got a round on the British course with cart and a set of good rental clubs. Played both the courses here in April, 2010 and found them to be a great deal for the cost. The British course is longer and straighter but has less hazards than the American course. After 12pm the cost is $26.50 per golfer including power cart. More
