We did the lesson + 2 hr stand up paddle board. It was more than enough time for first timers like ourselves to get our "sea legs" and explore around Lido beach and the bay. Didn't see any manatee or dolfins, but still saw plenty of other wild life and had an amazing time!

My group of adults had Doug as our tour guide. He was very knowledgeable in what we were looking at and explained everything. The mangrove tunnels was a lot of fun. Worth the trip. Doug added a little comedy to the show. Very fun. Highly recommended.

Our guide, Todd, was very knowledgable. He offered a lot of insight about Florida's nature and history. Expect a bit of a workout if it is windy! Well worth it though and we will do this again!!!

I did the sunset kayak and it was delightful. We went through mangrove tunnels and then saw the sun set. Only thing is I should have used bug spray. Usually they don't bother me when kayaking but I guess at sunset the no see ems are out. J
