The shopping area has potential. Good multi story car park and a nicely laid out Mall but currently apart from the Cinema, it's deserted. However it has just been bought by a Developer who has also bought out the City's interest, so he has free hand. One of his aims is to attract an up scale Chef for fine dining.... More

Overpriced and in a dicey area because of the frequenting by many juvenile delinquents with gang appearances or clothing. Baywalk has been the site of many police calls including assaults, fights, political protests, thefts, and even shootings. If you must visit, do so EARLY in the day. Be gone by nightfall. More

There are no stores left at the BayWalk. Chicos and Black and White have stuck is out but the empty stores make the place almost ghostlike. We were told that it was all going to be renovated. More

Muvico at Baywalk is a nice place to see a movie, especially in the "Gallery" area of the theater. The Gallery is 21+, serves beer and wine and has big, plush, leather seats with large armrests. If your movie of choice is showing in this area, I highly recommend checking it out! More

Empty is the only word to describe this area. I have read that many businesses closed due to crime by youths and gang members. what a shame, it could be a wonderful area. Not once did I see any police presence. There is a movie theater here and it is open, but that is it nothing else. More
