We visited friends who rented a 2 bedroom unit in the Latera condominiums. Latera has a nice location near The King & Bear golf course. Nice pool. Wi-Fi only by the pool. Internet is available in the units. Be sure to visit the World Golf Hall of Fame (excellent). Unfortunately, many shops on the property were closed because of the... More

My husband and I love the game and found the Golf Village a lot of fun, interesting and worthwhile. The exhibits are fascinating, especially the Locker Room. Don't forget to have a go at the island green. Fairways Cafe is okay, nothing special. More

FYI Murabella Animal Clinic World Golf village, ripping people off with their itemized charges. Dog ear infection $177, seperate charges for cotton swab abd so called lab fees, salt water ear rinse so they could view his eardrum, and over priced ear wash, antibiotic ear drops #38, costs more for the dog than a human!!I live here because I know... My husband I stayed at the resort for two nights for our anniversary. We wanted a resort without the Oralndo chaos. We stayed at the Renaissance Resort. The room was very nice. The IMAX was great on a hot Florida afternoon. The 500 South restaurant in the resort was wonderful. The breakfast buffet had everything you might want at reasonable... More

I recently booked a stay at WGV through TPC Passport. The stay was to include three nights at the Renaissance Resort, access to the Hall of Fame, entrance to the IMAX theater, Putting Course, and one round of golf on the King & Bear...all for two adults with the exception of one round of golf for one player (rider to... We visit St. Augustine several times a year. Kept hearing about WGV. Finally drove 8 miles North of the Old town....sorry we didn't visit sooner!! We had the best time and the most fun. Everyone was so friendly. Visited the museum a second time after discovering we could take our camera in the museum! Thoroughly enjoyed the Bob Hope display.... More

Awesome! We had a wonderful tour of the museum at the Hall of Fame. The current exhibit, BOB HOPE, SHANKS FOR THE MEMORIES is incredible! There are film clips that highlight Bob's USO Christmas shows and many of his celebrity events. We spent the morning and wished we could stay all day. We will go back next month. Admission includes... More

stayed at the Grand Villas at World Golf Village. WGV is a nice complex with different restaurants and food nearby. It's a nice distance away from St. Augustine (not too close, not too far). We had a bad experience on a Monday night at the Caddy Shack restaurant, but I'm going to guess it does not happen often. Grand Villas... More

We both golf, so it was entertaining for us, but with the tribute to Bob Hope it was all the more fun! I could have spent the whole day watching the different televisions showing Bob doing the shows overseas and his other TV specials! The entrance fee comes with a ticket to the IMAX and also allows you a "round"... More
