A huge mall, only a handful of stores open. Don't waste your time, it is sure to close down soon. They must spend a fortune air conditioning the main central mall areas, but you can walk 15 minutes between stores that are actually open. Very sad feeling here. And one open store, Book Warehouse, didn't even bother to turn on... More

My friend and I found ourselves driving I-Drive last weekend and decided to walk Festival Bay one last time. How sad! Fuddruckers is all that welcomes you at the entrance. Ron Jon Surf Shop, Bass Pro, the western wear outlet and a Subway are about all that's left. Oh, and the cinema is still there, but when I last saw... More

Well we when we visited Festival Bay a few years ago it seemed to be going well !! Few nice shops, restaurants and a cinema but its all gone down hill. Now there's nothing there and it isn't worth going!! Bass pro,Vans and Ronjon's remain but even they can't draw any crowds in. The rest of the massive mall lays empty... More

Festival Bay is known for a few great places. Bass pro shops, Vans Skatepark, Monkey Joes, a Fudruckers, Ron Jon's and a handfull of small original stores. Honestly I think those are the only things keeping them in business. The rest of the mall is desolate. You will generally find four or five empty spaces to every space you find... More

If you are coming to this place to "go shopping" then you will be disappointed. 75% of the shops are vacant, which is sad because this place looks like it used to be hopping in it's heyday. Now however, it's only reason for being there is the bass pro shops, Fudruckers, a Western wear store, and the movie theater. If... More

The Festival Bay Mall is on the I Ride Trolley route, so is easy to get to from International Drive. We have been on a number of occasions on various visits to Orlando, and the mall is dead. Around 50% of the shops are vacant and the chances of bumping into another shopper are slim! We go there for the... More

It is not a good mall, despite the fact that there is a Bass Pro Shop and a Universal Store. The mall is nearly abandoned. The Universal Store is bland - I felt bad for the sales clerk - she was very nice, but that store was a bummer. The Bass Pro Shop was also a disappointment, which was suprising. More

I went to the Festival Bay mall on a whim on a recent trip to Orlando, mainly to go to the Cinemark movie theater there. The building itself is beautiful, with a huge fountain area when you first walk in, and looks fairly new. Most of the mall's stores aren't open, though, so it felt a little like a ghost... More
