Well we when we visited Festival Bay a few years ago it seemed to be going well !! Few nice shops,restaurants and a cinema but its all gone down hill. It is not a good mall, despite the fact that there is a Bass Pro Shop and a Universal Store. The mall is nearly abandoned. The Universal Store is bland - I felt bad for the sales clerk - she was very nice, but that store was a bummer. The Bass Pro Shop was also a disappointment, which was suprising. More
