My wife and I did the Divequest dive earlier this year. It was our first dive after PADI Open Water certification. I held off reviewing it until I had more dives (13 now) to have a frame of reference to rate the experience. That said, this was an ideal first dive in that it is so easy and the staff... More

I did the snorkeling here last year, but my husband did the diving. Divers and snorkelers go at separate times. This time, we both did the diving, and we both agreed that we got more backstage time last year with being able to look at the dolphins and manatees, and learning more about what they do there with the feeding... Met at the front of the park expecting a big group only to find there was only 3 of us in this slot. We were then given a backstage tour of the facility which was interesting as you learn about all the work that goes into looking after the fish in the aquarium (which is huge) and the rehabilatation work... This is a "must do" dive. My teenaged sons and I had the best time!! We loved the whole experience. We were a little cold in the aquarium, wearing the shorties that are provided, but you find yourself having so much fun it doesn't matter that it is a little chilly. The backstage tour is really cool and very educational.... More

I remember going to Sea Base Alpha when I was a teenager.... It used to be the Living Seas, but after the redo and Nemotization to The Seas Living with Nemo, its still cool. When we planned our Disney trip, I remember something about Divequest and with Google and persistence I found out how to book and what I needed.... More

I won't add a lot here because many of the reviews nailed the experience, and since it's Disney you're not going to get a lot of variation in your experience which is nice. One thing of note for us, we went on March 15th on a Friday 530pm slot and there were a whopping three of us in the entire... More

I can’t believe I forgot to review this experience. It’s been a while (Sept 2011), but I remember it well. This was the best dive I have done so far. I am a fairly new diver and still a little nervous, but I would highly recommend this experience to any diver. The event starts with a behind-the- scenes tour that... More

We arrived at Guest Relations right outside the main gate to Epcot at 4:30 in the afternoon. We were instantly greeted by several of the Dive Quest staff. We were asked for our height and shoe size (so the staff can determine what size wetsuit and booties you should wear), certification cards, and what color souvenir drawstring bag you would... More

My son, husband and father in law did this and had a blast! They enjoyed interacting with the families that were eating dinner the most. The service and the way that they treat you while on this adventure can not be beat! It is expensive but completely worth it!

If you like diving and like Disney, this is a great activity. You get to jump into a huge tank with sharks, rays, and sea turtles and then spend 40 minutes swimming around. The animals were a great deal of fun to see, but for me, the real joy was the kids on the other side of the glass wall.... More
