I am a frequent spa goer, and I have to say that the Tri-enzyme facial I received at this place was the best ever. I really did notice a visble decrease in fine lines. The only time a facial delivered what it promised. More

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR SKIN AND THE MANAGER, LESLIE, COULD NOT BE LESS PROFESSIONAL!!!!!! At 30, I made the decision to start investing time and money into my skin. I chose this spa because I have had good experiences with other Elemis spas. When I booked my appointment, I told the receptionist that I needed a skin evaluation... More

Had a swedish message, it was ok. But I am not sure it was better than a message you get in a mall. More

Instead of staying at a more Posh Hotel we chose to stay at the Loews Miami Beach because we purchased a package spa deal from one of those web sites. Now I see why they had plenty of open bookings. For one, Elemis spa is owned and operated by the same people who run the cruise ships spas.... The Steiner... More

I bought a promo through Travelzoo to Elemis and was very pleased with what I received in return. It was atop notch deep tissue massage from Kristina and I LOVED how my skin felt after the body scrub. More

Booked a massage, body scrub and facial combo well in advance of my trip. The facial didn't seem to be scheduled - there was some confusion over who would perform the service and when. The staff providing the treatments were incredibly unprofessional. The massage was so-so; it didn't seem like the woman knew entirely what she was doing - more... More

The spa itself is your typical day spa as far as atmosphere. Older facilities, but well maintained and clean. Loved the high flow jet showers! friendly service from all staff. My therapist, Mary, was about 10 minutes late, but her service and professionalism well made up for it. One of the best massages I had, very thorough and always made... More

I am very careful when making any spa appts due to my skin allergy to paraben, a preservative in many skincare products. I ask all the right questions. Weeks ago, I made this appointment & discussed the situation with the gentleman on the phone. He indicated which facial is natural & paraben free. I arrived today, checked in and wrote... More

I will start by saying I love the Loews Miaimi--had a superb trip, loved everything about the hotel...except the spa. The spa rents space in the hotel--so I really cannot blame the hotel. I was told my 30 minute massage (they were out of 60 minute) would start at 3pm. So I show up at 2:50pm, then wait in the... More

I found the Elemis Spa at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel to be very welcoming, the perfect size, and I have had many wonderful massage experiences. On my first trip to Miami nine months ago, I tried the Swedish Massage and the Hot Stones Massage and found the massages to be very relaxing and found Riberto to be very knowlegeable... More
