We love our weekends in Fisher Island. Garwoods is a wonderful place to unwind on Friday night, live music, great wine list, terrific food.

The isolated ghetto for the novo-rich excels in pomposity and pretentiousness. The isolation from the City by a boat ride together with stuck up residents abusive to the dock staff is creepy. Great place to get away from the busy Miami...it really feels to be on vacation every time we cross the water .....

Love to be in the lap of luxury. You have to be invited to visit. ferry transportation of you and your car.

Took the kids on a Ferry ride with our car to Fisher Island and drove around. There was nothing much to do but the experience of a ferry ride was enought for the kids.

Amazing private Island with all possible amenities and beautiful beach. It's clean and beautiful place. Absolutely safe of course... maybe to much :) I like the Montesory School there!

Not sure why anyone would go here unless you had a friend with a house or apartment? Nothing to see when you get there except for residential areas and the private club. This should not be listed as an "attraction" in Miami.

Excellent place to visit. People very friendly and helpful. Took a cruise around the island and it was gorgeous. The whole area radiated Miami.

This is a beautiful, exclusive place, only reachable by boat. If you know someone in the island and they invite you, you can go across the causeway.
