The food at Bongo's was great. Loved the plantain cups and the shredded steak. This was our first time at a Cuban restaurant and we really enjoyed it. Our waiter was not very good. He said it was his first day and I believe it. He put in our order for appetizers before he ever took our dinner order. It... More

We went here one night at the Hard Rock location when we were jonesing for Spanish food. This definitely hit the spot. Everything we ate was incredible. It is pricey for Spanish Food ($29 for flank steak, beans & rice), but it was well worth it when you factor in the coolness of the place. I would definitely go here... More

A great environment for any occasion. Great service in a unique fun environment. The food was a bit expensive but the quantity and quality were excellent. I wouldn't suggest going here if your one that enjoys a nice cold mixed drink because there really expensive. Other than that I was well satisfied and hope to return once again. More

Next to Miami Heat arena. Went here for an association party. Kinda lame, drinks high priced, food-pass. More

My husband and I made the mistake of choosing this restaurant on a recent trip to the south beach area. The food was below average. The service was average. If you want good Cuban cuisine keep looking. There was absolutely nothing that would bring us back to this restaurant and we are not picky eaters. More

Went with my wife and nine other couples to eat at Bongos in the Hard Rock Casino on Dec 29th,and I was very dissapointed with the service. I asked for a beer, and the glass that I was given was warm, my wife asked for a margarita and it was given to her in a plain glass. The beef in my... More

This is singer’s Gloria Estefan’s restaurant and it is delicious! The food is amazing and afterwards it turns into one of Miami’s best night clubs, with latin music and everyone dancing. I simply love this place! The only downside is that its located outside of the Miami beach strip, about a $20 cab ride from South beach to the American... More

Wow what a disappointment! We waited for"appetizers for almost 40 minutes and an extra 20 more minutes to get Cuban sandwiches with one of the main ingredients (pork) missing???? But with mustard which we specifically ask not to have. I have never waited so long to be served at a restaurant. The waiters were very unfriendly, they looked as if... More
