It costs just a few dollars to get in, but you get your perosnal tour (weekends only) with a ranger. You can rent a bike, or kayak. There is a small beach there as well. Great for private parties too!!

Is that part of Miami that is always good to visit. It was raining but the city spirit was there. Music, food, grate people. By the way Biscayne blvd look great with all Miami Heat players portraits display. Even if you are not a Heat Fan. Is showing city pride.

The bike trails are the best in this park , and we the kids love the beach . You do have to get there early because it does get packed after mid morning and then all the good spots for BBQ are going to be gone. Also, parking gets full and you might need to park a little far from where... More

It is a great place! But last time someone broke my van and my friend's truck and stole a camera a few bucks. I am sure if the management invests more in security around the parking lot, it could be greater. So, please don't leave your values inside cars!

We live in Miami so we pass the park every weekend on our way to the beach, but had no idea what fun awaited us inside. Going during the week seemed to be a great choice, since the park always seems to be packed on the weekends. We found the place almost empty, which was great because we enjoyed a... More

We visited on a nice Sunday in April with the family. There was already a 20 minute line of cars in late morning, but plenty of parking. It is a bit of greenery and natural area in Miami, so that is a plus. We thought we would rent kayaks for a trip in the mangroves. This concession is a disaster,... More

Have been coming here all my life and while I really want to love it, as I love what it stands for, an undeveloped piece of real estate in south florida is rare, just isn't much for me here, the beach front is dirty and sits on the bay, there is nowhere great to enjoy the water views, the mountain... My husband and I love to bike the trails at this beautiful park, there are trails for every level from novice to expert with quick turns through trees and small jumps. The views along some of the trails of the river and the ocean are spectacular! There is even a place to rent bikes, kayaks and canoes for the day,... More

This water is not on the ocean, very small beach area...not that great. Perhaps good if you do not like crowds. I felt the air had a not so pleasant smell...I think it is near a treatment center.???
