I had a great massage and facial at Island Body & Sol. If you are staying at Cheeca Lodge it is very easy walk through a pedestrian gate.
Do not expect a spa with a steam room, locker room, etc. This is more of a hippie/yoga place.

A little difficult to find but the woman (forget her name) talked me through it on the phone. The Moorings Village is spectacular and the massage on the beach was incredible- just don't have a sunburn before going! Would recommend this to anyone!

Location is difficult to find and parking is very difficult. The massage was incredible. However, my car was hit in the parking lot and that took a bit of the benefit of the massage away.

From the moment you enter the property at Moorings Village, it's like you are taken back in time to old Florida, and the relaxed state of mind begins. No pretentiousness here - Amy, the propietor is a doll - so kind and welcoming, not to mention talented! The spa is in a restored historic cottage, each room having it's own...
