We had a 60 min couples massage on the beach. It was very relaxing and the girls were very nice and accommodating. The beach and surrounding grounds are gorgeous.

I had a great massage and facial at Island Body & Sol. If you are staying at Cheeca Lodge it is very easy walk through a pedestrian gate. Do not expect a spa with a steam room, locker room, etc. This is more of a hippie/yoga place.

A little difficult to find but the woman (forget her name) talked me through it on the phone. The Moorings Village is spectacular and the massage on the beach was incredible- just don't have a sunburn before going! Would recommend this to anyone!

Location is difficult to find and parking is very difficult. The massage was incredible. However, my car was hit in the parking lot and that took a bit of the benefit of the massage away.
