WHEW talk about a WASTE OF TIME and wondering if you are lost and in the "twilight zone". Trails not very clearly marked and neither is the botanical part. No maps for trails or park. $fee is on honor system but could not get the money in when we entered and glad we didn't after we left because not worth... More

I go there often. It is a bit on the wild side which is very welcome here on Key Largo where most every space is managed or privately owned. You can actually get away from car noise there. More

Fee is $2.50 per person, but you can stay in the park all day if you want. There are plenty of trails to explore, wildlife and birds. The trees are identified and you can spend all day just reading about the different kind of trees and trying to remember each one so you can identify it when you see it... More

If you'd like to see nature reclaiming previously trashed lands, with vibrant birds, land snails, butterflies, lizards, and fish, this is a stop you should take time to enjoy. This park has well marked walking trails that provide an escape from the highway and area without even sidewalks. It was a refreshing escape from the activity along Highway 1. More
