We went in March and the wind was cold so bundle up. Get there early so you can plan your schedule to see all the shows. The aquariums are nice and their staff is very friendly. They also do birthday parties. Food is pricey as it is at any tourist attraction but decent for a snack. More

We hit this place up while in the area over Thanksgiving. I figured it was small, but it was smaller even than I expected. The shows were very short, and there were only a few of them. the whole place had a run down, kind of 1960's kind of feel to it. It was, however, pretty good for a half... More

We went to this today, 12-27-11 and found it very fun and enjoyable. I know there have been some negative reviews, but with something being in business since 1955, I think it's a good place to visit. It was a bit chilly for the shows, but we braved the cold winds and am so glad we did. The dolphin show... More

This place was hoppin' decades ago and still does a darn good job entertaining. Hasn't been updated for a long time but don't let that stop you. 4 adults spent a morning there and enjoyed it all. The couple of shows they have rival anything at more modern sea parks. Underwater viewing area, penguin, gator and sea turtle feeding not... More

I am very picky about which zoos and aquariums I visit, but my husband talked me into this one, saying it was an aquarium. I would NOT have gone if I knew they had large fish and mammals. It was horrible and I left almost in tears and so depressed that animals are treated like this. The sharks were in... More

Used to love going to this place in the '80's with the kids. Its much smaller than more famous shows in bigger cities, but you get a chance to see the critters up close. Still seems very kid friendly. The premises are very clean, and the animals all looked healthy. More

The Gulfarium is showing its age and needs some sprucing up. The show staff seemed a little bored and their clothing needed some attention. Kids might really enjoy it but it's a pass for me. More
