In the middle of Fort Walton Beach there is an intriguing, small museum highlighting prehistoric peoples who lived in the area. The museum has a number of exhibits including an old schoolhouse, post office and a newly opened Civil War exhibit. The museum which highlights artifacts found at the site is very informative and interesting. Worth a visit. More
