Located on East Sunrise Blvd., this is open late for students or for those wishing to use computers. It has been in this location for well over 50 years. A great source for points of interest for the tourist or locals.

good location close to school and restaurants fridays rest, mangos etc, lots of books avalible, quiet and clean, helpful staff.

Modern, attractive, expansive library in a convenient downtown location and easy parking in garage or on the street. On-site café with great food. Very helpful staff. Lots of lesser known amenities like books on tape, computer terminals and DVDs to borrow. Very pleasant way to spend a quiet day.

I'm not familiary with their lending collection ... I have closer branches that are marvelous. However Hollywood is not NYC or even London, and this beautiful structure has a wonderful variety of research collections.

Was trying to enter library and homless people force asking for money and really trashy some people that work for library have a attitude problem also... Needs some cleaning up

You have to watch the times it's open. You can watch movies on the desktops, read hundreds of books and just spend a great time.

They have done a very nice job with this library. Three floors tall, with rooms for printing computer documents, Internet terminals everywhere, interesting museum preview collections (I liked the Apollo astronaut suit). Everything you could want from a Library. They have it split into two levels. First level is for kids, second level for adults.

Very well up-to-date, and library is a very comfortable and welcoming place to sit and read or study. Staff are very informative and helpful.
