Las Olas is the classy, scenic district of Fort Lauderdale. The canals and New River meander in and out of Las Olas. It is full of art installations, fountains, outdoor sidewalk dining, great restaurants.

A big disappointment, unless you are over 21 and are going to go out to a dance club. Find a better place to spend your money.

The Las Olas Riverfront is on its last legs, very few retail spaces are open. The place is in disrepair, and the escalators aren't functional. There is no reason whatsoever to go here.

Location to everything in downtown ft. lauderdale is wonderful. So much to see and do in the area. Enjoy watching tthe boats and people.
