The BCPA hosts a wide variety of cultural events and I highly recommend checking its website before visiting Ft. Lauderdale as you never know what will pop up - Tony Bennett, Broadway shows, classical performances (several with wine tastings beforehand), comedy improv theater and more. There are two theaters within the complex, one seating close to 2,000 people and the... More

Having arrived in Fort Lauderdale the same year the BCPA was opened, I must say it has stood the test of time. Immaculately maintained and professionally staffed, I was also an usher here for a few years (volunteer). The BCPA is the perfect backdrop for an evening in the Middle River Room with a cabaret or comedy show, Broadway and... More

I've seen dozens of shows here such as Rock of Ages and Wicked. All the large Broadway touring companies come by and the theater is well-able to handle the scale of the production. I've sat everywhere from the front of the orchestra to the mezzanine to the back of the balcony and all seats still give a good view of... More

Their Broadway series are a real bargain compared to NYC ticket prices. Most seats offer a good sight line, although we prefer orchestra or upper orchestra. More

Shows are becoming truly expensive and 2nd rate. We cancelled our season tickets after 10 years because the quality has gone downhill. Performances are becoming blase, and there is more energy spent in fundraising than on bringing quality shows to Broward. Parking is now up to $12. Food and beverage prices are way too high. Go across the street to... More

Every year usually before our annual cruise we see one of the musicals at the Broward Center of Performing Arts. I buy my tickets online and have them mailed to me. I have never been disappointed by the venue or the shows. It is a wonderful place to see a show, not far from the main Hotel strip in Fort... More

The center is a very nice place to watch a play. The theater a is just like the ones you will attend in NYC. I saw Mary Poppins there with my nieces and it was a great experice. I recommend this place for any theater lover. More

There are two lovely theaters at this Riverfront location. Check their website to learn about what shows! We love going here and there are restaurants within walking distance. More
