I went here with my son and my two grandsons. The beach was beautiful and very clean. There were lifeguards on duty. The morning surf conditions were calm and great for shelling. As the tide came in it became much rougher. If you go with little kids go in the morning for calmer water. We all loved this beach so... More

First, this park is beautiful and when I was there (a Sunday afternoon) it was not overly crowded. The trees lined the beach and it was a beautiful place to swim, have a picnic, or layout and read a book. The only complaint I had was the $18 entrance fee seemed a little pricey, but it is a beautiful park... More

its a grest beacc! i love it becsuse its not a crowdy beach, there is no hotels along that beach, its clean, there is lifeguards on duty! Tips: use the meter parking on the other side of the park,it costs less than the 17$ asked for the parking at the entrance of the park.

They need to do some beach reclamation FAST, and 16.00 is a bit much for a couple of hours. Because we stay at my folks and have to drive to any beach, I'd probably just go up to Delray and plug quarter in the meter.

It's not mind blowing or spectacular, but it is just a lovely was to spend a little time. You may like to walk on to the beach and or go swimming or have a picnic at one of the many spots (lot's with grilles). I like to just walk along the path between the golf course and Palmetto. Part of... More

I love this park, the area near the water has spots for almost any age. The older kids loved exploring the reef and areas a bit off shore, while the younger ones were happy to just play in the tide pools. Bring a lunch and make a day of it...

Boca Raton has many great parks and beaches, but for us Red Reef is the best. A newer boardwalk offers a pavilion, benches and a beautiful view of the ocean. At the end of the boardwalk is a brick walkway that extends to South Beach, and from there another walkway to the Palmetto Park pavilion. Red Reef Park also has... More

This is a great beach for families as well as couples. Very clean, easy parking and clean bathroom facilities with outdoor showers. The beach is wide so plenty of places to spread out, even on a busy day. Lots of lifeguards so you feel safe as well.

Natural, quiet, accessible. Go alone or rent a pavilion for a large gathering. Great for sitting or beachwalking.

Red Reef is one of many excellent parks in Boca Raton. Snorkeling for families is great on the south end. Boca keeps its beaches pristine.
