We were looking for something to do with our preschooler and 1st grader on Christmas week and didn't want to spend a fortune. It was my birthday and I had most of the day off so I drove from Rehoboth Beach, DE to Wilmington, DE for the day. I went to DuPont Environmental Education Center where city, river & marsh meet at the Russell W. Peterson Urban Wildlife Refuge.
