Beautiful mansion and formal French gardens. No pictures allowed inside the house, but books are available for purchase. Living there would have been a blast!

Very beautifull mansion, small tour groups, beautifull garden. We were welcomed as guests and shown the whole mansion. Tour group size was no bigger than 6.

Love this place and especially the gardens. Truly a place to escape from the rush of today's busy schedules and enjoy the peace of the gardens.

This was my second visit to Nemours and I found I loved it just as much as the first time. This is a stunning example of turn of the century architecture, modeled on Marie Antoinette's Trianon outside of Paris. Similar in many respects to the mansions in Newport, RI. Do yourself a favor- make reservations and take the tour. We went after Thanksgiving so the mansion was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Our tour guide was very well versed on the Dupont family and the history of the mansion. The small group tour is very intimate so you can ask questions along the way. Lovely!!
