Nice for a quiet romantic walk but nothing much too it. Wilmington is a small town and this is near shopping area.

This spot held so much promise when the ball park was first built. That promise has vanished in a sprawl of half-occupied strip malls and so-so eateries. Nice museum of moder art, though, if you can find it.

We loved this area a few years ago when we visited, but things seemed closed or vacant on this trip - too bad because it's a great spot. Maybe things will liven up in the spring and summer!

Unfortunately, it just has not drawn enough people to support a lot of different stores, you can get a good meal, get a nice walk, and maybe a baseball game.

The Christiana has a lot of history as does so much of the Brandywine Valley. The City of Wilmington is making a good effort though slightly lackluster in delivery.
