Great park with so much to do, fishing on the pier, great nature trails, intersting history, a must is to climb to the top of one of the old WWII towers, great bird watching, and of course a perfecxt beach to sit and relax or go for a swim. More

In the summer, visit a really nice sandy beach with bath houses. It will be crowded, but better than Rehoboth.. In the off season, hike and bike the park and walk the beach. More

The first was down to a beach where wetsuit clad surfers were doing their best to have some fun. It was relaxing watching them and walking... More

This beach park has some of the highest terrain on the Atlantic Ocean for miles and is a great overlook. I can also relate how Vice President Biden spoke at a Democratic BBQ one summer and got quite a rise out of the donkey I supplied for the event, but that is another story. The backside of this park has... More

We loved this state park. It cost $8 if your out-of-state and $4 if your a Delaware resident. There's plenty to do no matter what your activity level is. The best is if you want to ride a bike around the park they loan it to you for free! There's a paved bike trail around the park which is about... More
