i loved it over ten years ago when they had the private baths in use. it was like being in europe. unfortunately, according to the staff, they had to be shut down because the water wasn't hot enough. too bad. but the big pool still seems great for kids. More

Nice old historic building kept up well. Lap pool, soaking area, and you really MUST try the private soaking pools! Ask about them and you will probably need a reservation! Very popular! More

Nice choice of three pools; clean water; loved the family discount nights which made it a good value . Locker room itself was clean but toilet areas were NOT. Also liked that even during family discount night it was NOT crowded. More

Nice place. Nice price if you get tickets at the local hotels for $6 or so. Very friendly place all indoors. More

This indoor pool in fed by the hotsprings. The water is very warm and there is plenty of space for lots of people. The wading pool is perfect for kids of all swimming levels. Bring water toys with you as there isn't anything to play with there. Diving board and lap lanes for more experienced swimmers. Fun! More

The pool is OK, however, it's not that hot- it sits around 98 degrees. The words, "private soaking pool" sounded great, so I opted for them. They are attached to the building... but CREEPY. In the room there are stairs leading down into the pool, there are no faucets, just piping that you turn on with the emergency shut off... More

I don't get it. After spending piles of cash piping water through insulated pipes from Poncha Springs, not to mention the fact that they rebuilt the roof when it caved in a few years ago after a heavy snowfall, you've essentially got a warm pool inside a gym-like building. Personally, I'd rather go to any of the nearby outside hotsprings... More

The pool is clean & WARM! I believe the temp was about 98F in the leisure pool & 85F in the lap pool. It is pumped in from the hot springs at about 100F. The leisure pool has a beach-entry/zero-entry and gradually goes up to 4ft. There are a few water fountain type things pumping water up in the air.... More
