The museum focuses on B-24's but had many other planes and helicopters on display in their two hangars. They had a lot of information regarding the B-24's missions as well as other material (e.g., uniforms, propaganda, African-American pilots, and the space program). The day we visited, they were rearranging and setting up a Vietnam helicopter that is the only one... More

We took our three boys to this museum not expecting much. The museum includes two huge hangars full of airplanes and military vehicles. We were taken on a guided tour and spent two hours there. We could have easily spent four hours if we took the time to see everything. Great attraction for kids!! More

I spent 4 hours here. It was great. The guy who showed me around was very knowledgeable. He had worked in several of the planes when he was in the military. Excellent planes, movies, gift shop, military vehicles, 10th Mountain Troops memorabilia, a tire from the Space Shuttle, WWII uniforms, weapons, etc. I will return here again. More

Thy provide a personal docent when you come in. Which was great as you could spend time with what interested you and ask any questions you want. Our docents (we has one for each hangar) was very knowledgeable and obviously loved talking about the exhibits and their experiences. I had very little interest in military aircraft and thought we just... More

We visited here in October 2011 and had a wonderful tour conducted by a member of the museum staff. His knowledge of the aircraft displayed was outstanding. In addition to airplanes, there are many other historic defense-related items on display. More

This is the place for any history buff or even those who aren't. There are more than 15 planes to walk around and some you can crawl into. There are WWII uniforms and equipment on display. They cover a lot of Pueblo's history during the war too. The staff is knowledgable and helpful. More

My father was a pilot in WW II and I am a private pilot ... so I seldom miss the opportunity to go to an aircraft museum. This museum is a good example of museums which showcase military aircraft and their stories. I particularly enjoyed the ability to sit in the cockpit of the B-29. The staff were all volunteers... My visit to the Pueblo Weisbrod Aircraft Museum is perhaps the most memorable stop on my four week stay in Colorado in November 2009. The museum displays full-size/complete aircraft inside of its hangar and outside on property. A majority are near complete and it is apparent that the staff is committed in presenting aircraft close to their original operational condition.... More

Pueblo was a B-24 training base during WWII & has a pretty good aviation museum adjacent to a high-speed railroad test track. Quite a few US Navy aircraft, including an A7 Vigilante, F-11 Tiger, and P2V Neptune. One of my favorites was a Lockheed Hudson with Army Air Corps markings that don't quite cover RAF markings More
