We make reds, whites, dessert wines, fruit wines and amazingly popular blends. Our location is right next to the highway, so we're super convenient, and we offer a large selection of excellent gifts for your friends and family too. You can also learn about Colorado's fascinating wine producing history on our Colorado Wine History display. Finally, we are home to the Colorado Fudge Factory, which makes a tantalizing array of fabulous fudge flavors that is constantly changing. You'll get a lot of variety and a big bang for the time you have available. We look forward to your visit. « less

This was our first stop on our winery tour. The service was very prompt and the server was very polite and knowledgable. There's two tasting rooms, one for dry wine by Talon and then their sister company St. Kathryn's with the sweet wines. I was totally loving the sweet wines. My favorites were the lavender, golden pear and apple blossom.... More

My family and I recently stopped in Palisade on our way to Las Vegas, we are all huge wine enthusiasts. This was by far our favorite winery we visited, not only were the tastings generous. But our server Terrel was just incredible. She was knowlegable and so so friendly!!! This was a very special visit for us as my sister... More

Our last stop to St.Katheryn's was during Winefest with four of our friends, though we often visit Palisade and Glenwood Springs on quick retreat's from the increasingly hurried city of Denver. St. Kathryn's is a stop we never miss. I try to stock up on the fun varieties of wines, fudge and accessories for holiday and gift giving and my... More

The moment my friend and I walked into St Kathryns we felt comfortable and welcomed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A lot of good-natured laughing and conversation. The winery was spotless, spacious and well-organized. It was so easy to see all of the wonderful displays of wine accessories and foods. There was such a nice variety of items,... More

I thought it was cool that this place had 2 different tasting rooms- one for more regular wines, and another for sweeter and dessert wines. Many of the wines tasted great, but I felt like this winery is more of a "get in, get out" place rather than a winery that you'd want to much time in. It reminded me... More

None of the staff wanted to do tastings the day we went apparently. We waited by both tasting counters and watched employees peek out and disappear, find things to do and go out of their way not to even bother with tastings. A server finally came and helped another couple get a half pound of fudge, listed all menu choices... More

If you like thin, sweet wines and surly service, St. Kathryn Winery is the place to go in Palisade, Colorado. Due to its place as the first winery in Palisade once you exit I-70, it commands a lot of one-time business and you can tell from the staff that they're proud of their tourist trap status. They're understaffed to begin... More
