Not only is this resort beautiful but we were treated like royalty right from the beginning! Tony, was very helpfull at check in and showed us to the "O" suite, which was one of the nicest rooms I've ever stayed in. The pools are great and well kept. Come stay here, you won't be dissapointed!

This is a MUST DO if you are staying in Pagosa Springs! The facility provides about 20 high content mineral pools of various temperatures, that change daily. The grounds are lovely and it is amazing to soak next to the river, in the sun or under the stars. When you are here, you know you are somewhere special. I truly... More

We stopped in for a dip on our way to Mesa Verde, did not stay at the hotel. Entry is pricey ($22 per adult) and I was surprised they charged for towels, locker, etc. At least they had complimentary shampoo and soap for the showers. This is a different experience from Glenwood Springs. The large pool for swimming and kids... More

They aren't kidding about the sheer number of pools they have available in temperatures ranging from cool swimming pool to tubs showing off at 110 degrees. While the main area is all ages there is the Upper Terrace which you can purchase access to for a modest upgrade fee, and it is adults only. The view of the river from... More

We visited the hot tubs and brought towels and flip flops. The adults only area was closed to non-guests due to a weekend event. It was disappointing because there were a lot of children, some in diapers, in the pools. I would recommend a shower after soaking, so plan accordingly. Scenery from the pools is unbelievable and if you are... More

An overnight getaway deal to the Springs cost us about $180, with tax, which included standard room and 24 hour access to Hot Springs pools for hotel guests, free juice and coffee bar. Rooms were very nice for age of building which included as many robes and towels for the pools that we needed (wet robes and towels freeze in... More

We enjoy coming to the Springs after skiing and snowboarding all day. At times the locker rooms do get crowded, bring your own soap, shampoo, and conditioner for post soak showering. Do yourself a favor and keep a dry towel in the locker room, anything you bring out to the hot springs will just get wet and frozen. Make sure to... More

Visited the springs after breakfast on an early Sunday am in January. Empty. We bought slightly discounted tickets a tour hotel, but when you add up admission, towels and locker charges, you get close to$60 for 2 . So be prepared to stay and enjoy the 23 or so pools for awhile. We did. Pools range in temp from the... More

Tips for the springs. Bring a suit that you won't mind smelling for quite a few washings. Flip flops to cruise the salted sidewalks in the winter. Consider a week's pass as it allows in and out, includes a towel and locker. If you are looking for a peaceful experience, earlier in the day is better.

the pools were nice but crowded. Walking was icy and slippery between pools. Many pools are restricted to certain guests or ages. Very expensive for the experience.
