Lots of space but not so huge as to be overwhelming. A vast variety of flowers. Enjoyed the gift store also and the staff there was quite helpful in picking out just the right items.

A very nice garden with lots of different choices of areas and plants. Highly recommend a visit. The pathways were numerous and varied. I really liked the water gardens and then to contrast that the gardens where very little water is required.
This was, by far, one of the best experiences we have had visiting Denver yet. We strolled through the gardens and ate at the small restaurant by the pond in the back. We were able to get fabulous ideas for our gardens at home. It was realy a great, relaxing and romantic day. There was no aspect of the gardens...

The Botanical gardens has an amazing number of themed areas - Butterfly and bee, Victorian garden, Herb, Cactus and Plains to name a few. Lots of sculptures throughout as well.
Took home a lot of ideas for personal garden space.
Many volunteers in the gardens weeding and planting.

My husband and I had about 1-1/2 hrs. to kill and decided to tour these beautiful gardens. We were treated to fragrance gardens, tropical gardens, northern climate gardens, asian gardens, etc. While walking around with our map, we were able to go through most of the areas in the time we allotted. I'm more at home in a science museum but very so often, S.W.M.B.O - She Who Must Be Obeyed, makes me visit and I"m reminded of the growing beauty in life set in a most outstanding "garden." Visit even if you are not a gardener as this place is growing magic.
We enjoyed the variety and the focus on indigenous plants. It's a great place to walk and people watch.
When I was a child my mother took us here all the time. Whenever we come for a visit we come for a visit. It is always a good and interesting walk. Great for the kids to run around and learn about different flora and fauna. Took class here and which were good and have been to the concert series...

The Japanese gardens are restful and the rock gardens are delight. Don't miss the lace bark trees or the tropical rainforest. The tea house wasn't open so...
