I am 11 years old and I'm in a gifted and talented class. My teacher whom shall remain nameless is a play write. We are going to the Shakespeare Festival to do the famous, Scottish play, Macbeth. Its a much more funny version of the play but still has all of the famous speeches like: Tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow... More

The annual summer Colorado Shakespeare Festival features professional actors in a variety of plays. While most plays are in the outdoor theater, there are now more "non-Shakespeare" or "Shakespeare related" shows also in the indoor theater. Great festival. We went on the 'preview' night, where the tix are half price. We saw 'a midsummer night's dream' in the outdoor theater. They even provided comfortable seats. I would only recommend that you bring a blanket! the nights get very cool! Also, they allow you to bring food or buy from their concession stand. It would be great... More
