Awnings to shade you in summer, but not much in the way of facilities. No help if you're a kayaker.

Again, downtown Stockton is not safe even in daytime, much less after dark, scary! Not anything to do either.

This is a great place. Warning: lock up your boat. There are many great restaurants and bars in this area. A block from here are theaters, stadium, etc.
It's a fun place to dock your boat and enjoy the city actions.

The downtown water front is the pearl of Stockton. From either the water or walking around the water front will take your breath away. Stockton has made a big improvment with the waterfront area. Now if they can keep the trend going they just may have something here. The marina is very nice and rates are not too bad. There...
