Great place for wine tasting. Really nice shop with a fantastic deli/lunch sevice. Wonderful patio views of the beautiful countryside. The day we went there was a guitar palyer playing outside, and all around nice place to go. Will return.

We spent a lovely afternoon on the patio, which overlooks a dramatic view in all directions. Lots of terra cotta tiles, marble frescoes and Italian style wines. A nice extra is the marketplace adjacent to the tasting area. Nice presentation and tasty cheese boards, sandwiches and yummy looking sweets. We were invited to walk around the grounds but there was... More

Viansa winery setting is beautiful. The tasting room sits in a hill w/ a patio that overlooks vineyard below. The tasting is inexpensive, $5 for 4 wines (note that our visa card got us 2 free tastings). We bought a baguette and an antipasta salad. Ate & sipped our tastings on the balcony with the sun on our shoulders, admiring... More

We stopped at this winery while on a tour of Napa/Sonoma. The setting is beautiful! The wine/tasting...very unimpressive. We felt rushed and nothing was explained to us. I thought the shop and deli were great! I could've done a lot of shopping if I hadn't been getting ready to go to Kauai the next day!!

This is a wonderful winery to experience. This winery sits up on a hill overlooking the Sonoma Valley. The architecture is true Tuscan. The staff is wonderful. We had a private tasting in their Cellar, very special. The wine was fabulous and the cheese pairings were perfect. We loved it so much we joined their Wine Club! The Deli and... More

Whenever we go to Sonoma, we visit this winery. We went two days in a row! The views are amazing and sitting on their patio is incredibly relaxing. The first day we had lunch and wine, but the second day just had wine. Fun marketplace, great staff and a very pleasant stop.

We drove up to this place because we heard about the views and nice picnic spots. It did have very nice views, but we discovered we couldn't bring in any outside food (they have their own marketplace). Once we finished our food in the car, we made our way into the tasting room. It felt very....flashy but lacking substance, like... More

We visited about 7 wineries while in the Sonoma/Napa area, and Viansa was our favorite. We loved the view, the grounds, and the wine! Brought home a couple bottles and now wish we would have brought more!

We though this winery was a first class place to visit even if you are not necessarily interested in wines but want to see an example of a properly run business with beautiful presentation. At the tasting an elderly white haired woman in her 80s (name unknown) taught us more about wines in 30 minutes that we learned in a... More

You can taste four wines for $5... which is actually more expensive by the volume than a normal glass of wine in a restaurant. Make sure the award-winning Sauvignon Blanc is on your list--it's an amazing, citrusy wine. We also liked the sweet rose we tried. The aesthetic here is great, but it's super crowded and can get really overwhelming.... More
