Of the three wineries visited (on a Sunday) this was our favorite. The tasting room is nothing fancy but the wines are good, service attentive, and prices fairly reasonable. Honestly, the best Zinfandel I've had - you can spend more, but if you like to stay in the $15-$25 range, Opolo Zin is hands down a super choice.

We had never heard of Opolo but were recommended to visit by our hotel as well as another winery, so we headed over. The tasting room isn't anything fancy, but the majority of the wines were SOLID! We ended up taking 2-3 home (we rarely buy more than 1 bottle per vineyard).

Opolo's wines have a good reputation and the pours were very nice. You have to pick and choose where to go among the scores of wineries and this one has earned its popularity.

Great wine! barbecue with pizza, and other great food. The zin is fabulous. The property is beautiful for eating and lingering. The view is terrific. Enjoy!
