I agree with everything said from all the other reviewers. Our guide was Gary and he was fantastic! He was so knowledgeable and we learned so much from him about the history, people, and architecture. And the views were spectacular! I can't recommend this highly enough. It's a must-see! More

This was one of the highlights of our trip to Palm Springs. It was our first trip there and Laura made the experience that much more exciting by giving us so much information about the history of the area, as well as the Willows and O'Donnell House. I would recommend it to anyone interested in history or architecture and will... More

I've taken this tour twice and each time was a treat. Laura, the docent, is extremely knowledgeable and her passion for the history of Palm Springs is infectious. I have traveled internationaly and taken several historic home tours, this ranks as one of the best ever! The view is like no other in Palm Springs and looking out over the... More

If you like history, and architecture, and want to see something special: go on this tour! It is 90 minutes of the best kind of guided tour: inside and all around two great spots: the O'Donnell House and the Willows (the companion hotel.) You have time to enjoy the two, but also get the bigger picture of Palm Springs and... More

Laura gave a fantastic historic narrative about early Palm Springs and a tour of the home and grounds of the beautiful Thomas O'Donnell House. A must see as part of your Palm Springs visit. Also visit, the Palm Springs Art Museum, below the O'Donnell House. It is a beautiful mid size art museum with a variety of exhibits. More

The O'Donnell house tour was such a highlight of our recent weekend in Palm Springs. Our lovely tour guide, Laura, enlightened our group with the history and evolution of Palm Springs and it's founders. The house itself is an architectural dream - the interor and exterior construction, furniture and decor all beautiful examples of a time gone by, but a... More

My husband and I had the pleasure of having a private tour of the O'Donnel house in Palm Springs. Laura, our guide was extremely knowlegeable about the history of the house as well as Palm Springs. It allowed us to see Palm Springs in a different time, to appreciate the history and the people of that era. The sunset was... More

My mother, aunt, sister and I took this tour just prior to sunset and thoroughly enjoyed it. Laura, the guide, is one of the innkeepers are The Willows Historic Palm Springs Inn, just next to the Palm Springs Art Museum. The O'Donnell House and The Willows are owned by the same family, and we were fortunate enough to see both... More
