The Napa Valley Opera House is a non-profit performing arts organization located in the heart of downtown Napa and is a national historic landmark originally constructed in 1879. NVOH restored its intimate second-floor, 500-seat Margrit Biever Mondavi Theatre in 2002 after 30 years of planning. Patrons experience an eclectic array of performing arts including theatre, dance, comedy, jazz, blues, world music, and family programming in a world-class setting.

My husband and I were able to walk to Opera House from our hotel. We bought last minute tickets to see Blame Sally. The venue was very nice. We had balcony seats....a lot of stairs to get up,...I kept looking for an elevator. The concert was good it was a nice night out.

This is a neighborhood theatre bringing in really good shows. Small and intimate, it's worth an evening if you can get tix in advance.

Was able to find last minute tickets to see Chris Botti. This small and intimate venue is a great place to get up close and personal with the artists.......amazing concert!!!!! The line up over the season is not to be missed. Will be going back again!

The coolest thing here is the intimate size of the place. The acoustics are very good although the seats are a bit old and small. The lineup is always great and a real cultural addition to the town.

I have attended 5 performances at the Napa Valley Opera House, and all have been wonderful. I prefer balcony seating, and every seat up there is terrific.
Great performers, terrific acoustics and every seat is good. Definitely will go back.

I have seen every thing from theater to musical acts at the Napa Valley Opera House. Every seat is a great seat and theater is small enough to be intimate. Recently restored, it is gorgeous on the insife and out and has fantastic accoustics.

Love this venue. Since discovering the Opera House we make it a point to check their line up. It is a wonderful venue with good seating and sound system. They have a nice balance of artists, but our favorites are the jazz artists which they have often. Andn of course the big plus is the selection of local restaurants.

I have seen the "cat circus" here, very cute but our seats were on the edge and they needed to be in the middle to really see everything. Then I just saw a great cajun band, Beausoleil.
