The Cab is absolutely sublime. I have tasted wines all over NY state (Finger Lakes and Long Island) and California (Napa/Sonoma and Temecula), and I would have to say this is the best wine I have ever had. As I told Ben the tasting room director, "its like drinking a silk sheet".
