For movie buffs and just the casual movie watcher this is something you must do. Who knew National Velvet was filmed at Pebble Beach Golf Course? It is fun, informative and gives both a bit of history of the area as to why movies are filmed there and you get to see scenes from the movies while you are at... More

Doug is a wealth of information on the movies made right here on the Monterey Peninsula. His coach is comfortable and he will take you to the actual scenes of many movies then show you the movie on the in-coach video. A great way to spend the afternoon with friends and family and get to know the peninsula. Highly recommended. More

This bus tour drove extensively in the Monterey peninsula, including the 17 mile drive. The emphasis was movies and dozens of movie clips were shown on the bus monitors. Other trivia was thrown in. For us a great way to see an overview of the peninsula. More

Nice overview of Monterey and Carmel from the comfort of a clean, small bus. Your host is a native of this area and knows a lot about it's movie history and also it' s history in general. More

This movie tour is fantastic! A fun time on the Monterey Peninsula for locals and those who are visiting. I have lived here since 1978 and took the tour for the first time and am so glad I did. I would recommend this to anyone who would like a closer look at the Monterey Peninsula and the movies that were... More

The weather was beautiful and that just made this tour more amazing. Our guide, Doug, is a native and knows so much about the area. We went through lovely neighborhoods in Monterey, Carmel, Seaside, etc. Stopped at Pebble Beach, had a glass of wine at the Tap Room there. Bartender has worked there 31 years and had lots of interesting... More

Lively and informative 3-hr tour and a nice way to pass an afternoon really seeing so much of the Monterey Peninsula. Gives a great overview of the area, as well as highlighting movies that have been made here. Saw and learned a lot about Monterey, Pacific Grove, Carmel, Pt Lobos and Big Sur and was surprised at all the fun... More

As a “local,” I thought I’d seen everything the Monterey Peninsula has to offer. Why should I go on a bus tour? Well, we were recently visited by a relative from the U.K. who wanted to make a pilgrimage to the 18th hole at the Pebble Beach golf links. He was also curious about the movies shot in Monterey. Solution;... More
