Neat cove for hanging out at the beach. We did not do the full hike into the back area for the full effect because we ran out of time but the short coastal cliff views and the little cove are really nice and you don't have to pay an entrance fee.

Easy walking trail up through multiple terraces with changing scenery eventually leading you through a pygmy forest. You must see one of the Mendocino area pygmy forests while visiting, and this makes for a nice way to do that - equipped with informational signage and beautiful natural setting.
Views were nice but I wasn't as blown away by them as I was by the Mendocino Headlands views - perhaps because it was gray and raining the day we visited and so colors of water weren't as apparent - would go again on a sunny day! Fort Bragg/Mendocino coastline is beautiful!
Loved the walk to the headlands and beach. Easy walk. The views were amazing and the access to the beach was very easy to get to.
We wandered along the bluffs for awhile and took in all the wave action. The parking lot is small, but it wasn't at all crowded.
Walk out and along the cliff tops over the ocean. Also some beach access. Probably great for sunsets. Could be cold, windy, foggy. Fall is the time to be here. Support the State Park system so places like this don't close.
Wow... You have to grab a blanket, towel, sunscreen, and a picnic for an afternoon of Fun and frolic. Spent three afternoons basking on the hot sands. I dare you to body surf.
Extremely varied scenery. Tall, extensive grasses, ocean/cliff views, walk down steps to a beach. This is an excellent place for great scenery.
You'll feel like you can take off like a bird from these stunning, wilnd-swept bluffs.
This location starts out looking like it will be a nice little walk but don't let that fool you. The views of the ocean alone when you continue along the guided path are absolutely gorgeous; maybe the best in the County! Get near the cliffs and look down at the b e a u t i f u l scenery...
