We recently attended the magic castle for a corporate event. The entertainment was fantastic but the dining experience left our table dissapointed. My colleague had ordered her Prime rib well done only for it to be brought out rare. Once she had complained, they agreed to stick it on the grid a little longer again only to bring it out... More

I really wanted to like Magic Castle, we had been to Magic Island in Houston, and really enjoyed it. But it was awful. As soon as we went in we were asked for $20 per person "cover charge" and $10 for valet parking, $90 and we haven't sat down yet. We were then showed in to the restaurant, where we... More

A friend gave us tickets for which we will always be grateful. We had dinner, which was excellent, and then took in all of the different rooms. The acts were all incredible. One of my favorites was the "magic piano" room. It was fun to test the musical knowledge by requesting some rather obscure songs! A night to remember!

We went as a guest, and had a great evening. All of the magicians were very entertaining. The dinner (mandatory part of the eve) was a bit overpriced, but the food was good. The only thing that I didn't care for was the competitive atmosphere. There are different shows in different areas of the castle. Due to the schedule and... More

What a fun night we had! We stayed at the Magic castle hotel for the sole purpose that it allowed us to enter the otherwise members only magic club, and boy was it worth it (the hotel was really great, nothing special but the stuff were phenomenal)! The ambiance in there is like nothing i've experienced! Dinner was delicious (i... More

Great food, wonderful ambience and historically neat place! Magic, magic and magic...If you like magic and a bit of history that goes with it, the charm and character this place offers with a wonderful dinner is awesome. We enjoyed it, our guest enjoyed it and will join as a member. We are happy about that because we will get to... More

Best place for magic! You need to ask a Magician Member for a pass to get in though, because it's a private club. Enjoy! It was everything I had dreamed of and more. First of all the decor is amazing. It is like stepping into a haunted living room from the turn of the century. There are little nooks and... More

I have wanted to go see this place for a while now. You need to be or know a member to get in though. I hear that if you stay at the Magic Castle Hotel they can make dining reservations for you and you gain access that way. We met some friends there who are members and had brunch with... More

I went here for a birthday party, and it was the coolest thing i had ever seen! it looks small, but it is huge- it has been built into the mountain. Food is surprisingly great. This place is fancy, and a tad expensive. The shows are fantastic! Come here for sure if you are on vacation!!!

I have been lucky enough to visit The Magic Castle twice. Each time has been a magical experience (pun intended). Though it can be difficult to obtain a guest pass, it is worth the effort. The cover charge can be considered steep ($20 mid-week evening/$50 weekend evening), but once inside it is worth every penny. In order to get tickets... More
