I came across Kayaks on The Water by searching on the net. We arrived at 4:30 pm and parked on the street. There are meter parkings as well but I was lucky to find one on the street. It was a little difficult to find as the address 5411 is not visible from the street, but park in the 5400 block & walk down the beach (bay side not ocean side) & you will see the little shack w/the thatched roof just like the picture on their website. This place offers inexpensive hourly rates for single and tandem kayaks. There is very little boat traffic here and the marina has designated speed zones and areas for other watercrafts.
