Every time I go to Pretend City I say it's the last time. It's good for an hour or 2, but then I start to go crazy with boredom. Tickets are $11 for kids and adults! So I pay $22 every time I take my son. It's half price after 4. If it were like $5 for him (and free... More

This place is neat. It's a little city for the kids to use their imagination. They have a pretend play grocery store, bank, beach, restaurant, art studio, a farm and many other hands on activities for your kids to do. More

I have a 3 year old daughter and she loves this place! It is set up as a small town and offers all things that you could find in a town. They have a small snack area..they accept both cash and card. They have ample staff so the place is kept clean. Great for a day for a kid from... More

I took my 4 year old son, and 6 year old daughter here in March 2011. They both loved Pretend City. Pretend City is like a mini city for children inside a giant building. The kids can get a job card stamped, and then withdraw play money from the ATM machines. There are many facades, structures, activities, and things to... More

I have taken my 5-year-old and 2-year-old just about everywhere...zoos, children's museums, amusement parks, playgrounds, etc. and no place holds their interest like Pretend City. Plan to stay at least 2-3 hours to get your money's worth. You can also bring sack lunches to keep costs down. We live over 20 miles from Pretend City but it's worth the drive.... More

I took my daughter here and she loved it. It is $10 per person but there are many activities there for kids and she really enjoyed it there. It is a very creative place where kids will have plenty of different activities to try out. She loved it there and we'll go again. More

This facility is tucked in a small industrial park in Irvine. I found it on the web when searching what to do on that occasional rainy day in So Cal. What a find. I took perfect my grandchildren who were 6 and 3. They were the age. There are costumes and miniature stores, fire stations, post office, restaurant, house, sound... More

As a professor of Early Childhood Development and the grandmother of two girls, age 3 and 4 1/2, I was interested to see what Pretend City was all about! The girls had a fabulous time exploring the "city" that was just their size. No need to bring a stroller, as the girls were so busy exploring every inch of the... More

Pretend City has some really great ideas and themes. But, I think that $10 per person is a little much. As a family of 5 it would cost $50 to visit. We were actually given some passes to check it out. The kids, ages 2,3, and 4 loved it but only wanted to stay for a little more than an... More
