When I moved to California, this beach was my first to really stand out to me. Wonderful rock formations, a few tide pools, and an island that you can reach during low tide. It is fun for trips just to stare at the ocean, or show kids some small marine life.

Worth a stop to chill out. Great space for flying a kite or just sit - relax and enjoy the sounds of the surf.

what a relaxing way to spend the afternoon, away from the hustle and bustle of the usual tourist attractions. we took a tour of the goat farm, bought fresh cheese from their gift shop, walked downtown Pescadero then at the beach checking out the huge rocks. what a great day!

it was so beautiful over there the day we enjoyed along the coast. Just not enough time to spend there in my book.

If you're looking to spend some time near Pacific Ocean, try visiting Pescadero Beach! After parking your car on the huge overhang (cliff), prepare yourself for some really jaw-dropping views of the water, plus all the extras: rolling tides, unusual birdlife, the breezy wind, and of course, the never-ending skyline.

if you like it private this is the place.. generally cool temps, the best sun here is the winter months, short warm days, with the fog, just off shore.. nice, if you take it in, pack it out ... i like it here, cliffs can be a bit scary to clime up and down... but you'll manage ..

Always a favorite. The best free parking on the coast! Below average bathrooms. No water service. But plenty of parking, even on busy weekends. Check the tide charts if you are interested in tidepooling.

Nice beach to watch the mighty Pacific roll in. A few miles inland is the quaint, little one-street town w/ world-famous Duarte's Tavern, a historical spot w/ great food; across the street is fresh-baked artichoke bread to die for! Get some fresh goat cheese at Harley's Goat Farm up the road to go with the bread. Delightful!

You can take a long walk o. this beach with spectacular views! Pack a picnic lunch and spend the day sunning on the long sandy beach awaiting the sunset.

Easy to get down to the beach. Clean beach. Usual beach bathrooms (ugh). I like this beach much better than Half Moon Bay or San Gregorio, much cleaner, and easier to get down to the beach.
