I have visited this mining museum several times with my husband, a mining geologist, and friends and relatives. This museum is one with an actual working stamp, pelton wheel, cornish pump and many other mining equipment. The docents are extremely knowledgeable and fun. There is much to see and do at the museum. Donations are appreciated. More

For anyone intereste in history and technology this is a MUST SEE. The gentleman who runs it is informed accommodating, and amusing; a piece of living history! His tour and talk are terriffic.
