And the wine is reasonable $ and very good. Nice river area setting for wine tasting and a few branded souvenirs.

Quite an adventure getting there, but worth the trip, and if you have a good GPS, you can even return via a different route. Looks like many other reviewers comment as well.
Bogle has some great-value wines that i would put right up with wines costing nearly twice as much. My pourer was knowledgeable and interesting. Nice place for a...

The drive out to Bogle is lovely and scenic. Try to go through Freeport to see a typical Delta town. Bogle wines are good value for money and the place is rustic, just as you hoped, with a warm, family welcome.
You need a map to find this place, but it is worth the trip. Wonderful wines, beautiful location, and it is a fun drive on the farming side of the lower Sacramento river. Rather remote so fill the gas tank before heading out here, and slow down on the curves in the road. Relax and enjoy, you will be glad...

This wine is probably familiar to you and you'll enjoy visiting the beautiful grounds and pleasant tasting room. It's still family run and very friendly. The wines are very good too.
bogle always does a great job with their wines. They are moderately priced and the winery provides great atmosphere. You can buy a bottle and drink it there if you want. The service was a little slow, but that's okay. You tolerate some things for good wine :)
Really fun and homey, but wine was the best feature. Bogle Cabernet 2005 is terrific if you can get your hands on it and look out for the 2012 Vintage.
We always enjoy the wine and their wonderful cheese spread with crackers, then we shop. We have had one picnic there with 10 people. Absolutely delightful!
Good wine free tasting. They have a place for picnicking onsite.
My husband and I visit the winery once a month. We'll bring a lunch and plan a picnic. The wine tasting is free and the drive up there is beautiful. My personal favorite is the Phantom. After tasting we'll buy a bottle of our favorite wine and enjoy it with our lunch. Its a great place to just relax, bring...
