“Small site worth a look around”

This is a small site about 8 km from Petra. Entrance is free. It is worth a quick stop en route to or from Petra. If you have the time camp out in the caves here or at least begin your journey to Petra via a hike from here. It is about a 45 minute hike from here to the Monestary and it a moderate level hike. Not for small children though. Do it with a guide, I just returned a few days ago and... More
