after a long drive to the place, the atmosphere when we were there wasn't exactly cool. Maybe we were there at the wrong time of the day. The view from the highest peak was spectacular, One can see Taal Volcano on the left and a portion of Manila on the right side. Too bad this place was neglected by the... More

This was one of the most beautiful mansions that was built by Fmr. President Marcos. It was state of the art then (1970's) and is absolutely beautiful. You feel like you are in the sky because it is so high up that the clouds envelope you. Truly beautiful. But after 30 years of neglect, this place is better called a... More

Restoration of this place could boost up the tourism of Batangas. The view is spectacular. Being the germaphobe that I am, I did not dare to sit down nor touch the railings. It was rusty. The drive there was quite long. Upon arriving at the place, you'd be approached by a lot of vendors. HAGGLE. HAGGLE. HAGGLE. Because you need... More

A good place to view the whole area of Tagaytay. Unfortunately, this place needs renovation to attract more tourists. More

Where is it? Peoples park in the sky is located at the end of Tagaytay - calamba road - last stop by jeepney. You can reach here either by jeep (20 pesos) or trike (80 pesos) from the rotunda. We reached here at 7 am - which was just right. At that time, there are very few people, and we... More

My first time here in Peoples Park was when I was in college. I was so excited to see the huge pineapple people are talking about. It was a very nice place. Like almost all of the visitors here, I have my share of pineapple shot here... But came this year, I'm very disappointed with the place. I don't think... More

Arriving at Tagytay, from NAIA, it's a great venue to relax and feel the fresh air away from the city. Entering the People's Park in th Sky, you will be welcomed by A Giant Pineapple. Amazing to see the landscape when your on top of the mountain ridge... A cool place to be with, it's amazing. More

It's supposed to be the resthouse of the deposed former president, Marcos, but the place is so run-down and badly maintained. You are better off spending time in a resort in Tagaytay overlooking the lake instead of here. More

I went there coz I imagine it to be an interesting structure since it was supposed to be the mansion of the Marcos family. Maybe it was unresonable for me to expect that, since that was a mansion built app 50 years ago. But then since the govt is showcasing the palace, maybe it is a good idea to restore... More

The park was originally built to serve as a guest house for former US President Reagan's visit during the Marcos regime, but just like the purported-to-be-haunted Manila Film Center, it didn't reach completion. There isn't any public transport system going up, so if you have a vehicle, park at the foothill (by the entrance) and trek your way up the... More
